Yours from the first day.
Your photographs
Every photograph of your work is yours to use anywhere, on any platform, for as long as you like.
Your Square account
Payments go straight to it with no platform commission, and the history stays with you. Square's own processing fee still applies.
Your client records
Names, numbers, and history stay in your hands. They are never held by a marketplace.
Your name and brand
Your name leads every page. Nothing here is branded as mine.
Yours when you choose to hold it.
Full Ownership
The complete site and the domain, signed over to you with a thirty-day transition so nothing is interrupted. The figure is $2,997 and it is always one clear number: payments for setup and monthly care are separate and never count toward it.
Until then
I keep the site and the domain, and maintain both as part of your monthly care. The domain is registered by me and signed over at final purchase.
If you decide to leave.
Give thirty days' notice. Everything in the first list is already yours, so you leave with your photographs, your Square account, and your clients. There is no long-term contract to unwind. If you would rather keep the site, buy it out at any time.
